AESG Cladding Reports
The newly established Victorian Cladding Task Force is a result of the Victorian Building Authority's (VBA) investigation into Aluminium Composite Cladding and the recent catastrophic fires in the Grenfell Tower in London and Torch Tower in Dubai.
There is no doubt that there will be a requirement for all buildings to
resolve any risks which may arise from Aluminium Composite Cladding and
AESG brings a wealth of knowledge to assist with this.
AESG has developed an inspection process to identify and report on
Aluminium Composite Cladding and provide a risk profile to determine if
further investigation and testing is required. AESG will make
recommendations, as well as assist with remediation and project
management.
AESG will release further details following our formal submission to the
Victorian Cladding Task Force.
